Carey advises clients in all areas of environmental law, including regulatory compliance, due diligence, audits, evaluation processes and consulting on environmental liabilities, litigation, environmental financial product transactions and all aspects of the Environmental Impact Assessment System.It also has extensive experience in consulting for compliance with international standards in project finance, relationship and negotiation with communities, Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries of the International Labor Organization and other regulations related to indigenous peoples.

Carey’s clients include many national and international companies involved in the exploitation of renewable and non-renewable natural resources, such as mining and energy companies financing institutions, all kind of industries and non-governmental organizations dedicated to environmental preservation and conservation.
