Transportation Litigation

Our attorneys have won hundreds of jury trials throughout the Southeastern United States over multiple decades. We actively practice in all of the State and Federal Courts of the Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida, and consult with other attorneys on matters outside of our geographical practice base. We regularly appear before the trial and appellate judges of our practice regions, and are active in local bar organizations in order to maintain our firm’s litigation reputation.

From the filing of the initial Complaint though the final appellate brief, our attorneys provide aggressive and cost effective representation to our transportation clients. Through effective discovery, we strive to provide our clients with early and accurate evaluations of litigated matters in order to eliminate any surprises during the litigation process. We recognize our clients’ need to control litigation expense and exposure during the current economic conditions.
