The Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights team at Copeland Cook is one of the largest and most active bankruptcy practices in Mississippi, with vast experience representing lenders, businesses, unsecured creditors’ committees, and other creditors in commercial bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and corporate restructurings.

Our experience includes:
