Cybersecurity & E-Discovery

Cybersecurity – Protection Against Data Breach liability

Our Cybersecurity team of attorneys helps clients protect themselves against liability for data breaches and provide advice on policy development and insurance coverage. We also assist in the coordination of security audits and in the negotiation of contracts with third-parties like service providers. Our experience includes litigation pertaining to unauthorized access of electronic systems by employees, along with any consequences under the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act.

E-Discovery – Electronic Evidence Data Collection

Our E-Discovery team focuses on providing electronic-discovery services throughout all electronic-discovery phases. Our attorneys have extensive experience in the comprehensive identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and presentation of electronic discovery. We have managed the entire scope of the electronic-discovery process in cases ranging from a few hundred items, to those involving millions of documents and e-mails. The team has the ability to manage and execute the entire electronic-discovery process in-house without the use of third-party service providers. This leads to a significant cost benefit for our clients, as well as contributing to a depth of knowledge not to be found in firms unable to perform this work independently.
