Handling Worker’s Compensation Claims from First Report to Resolution

Copeland Cook’s team of Worker’s Compensation attorneys provides a broad range of legal services and aggressive representation to public and private employers, insurance carriers, self-insured funds, and third-party administrators in worker’s’-compensation matters throughout Mississippi. On behalf of our clients, we have a history of successfully handling claims during all aspects of the claim process. This includes, evaluation and defense of claims from the first report of injury to the resolution of the claim.

We successfully handle matters before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission, including appearances before administrative judges at evidentiary hearings, as well as continued representation throughout the appeals process, when necessary. As experienced defense lawyers, our Workers’ Compensation team strives to provide the highest quality legal representation in workers’ compensation matters.
