Professional Liability

With the recent growth of professional malpractice suits and regulatory enforcement actions, our trial and appellate lawyers handle a variety of counseling and adversarial matters for professionals including errors and omissions claims and malpractice claims facing: physicians, real estate brokers, real estate agents, title insurance companies, lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects and other experts and professionals.

Our lawyers are also experienced in investigating claims, providing coverage opinions, and providing representation in declaratory judgement and bad faith actions. Several of our attorneys have extensive experience in general coverage questions.

Because our lawyers are experienced in various practice areas, they are well prepared to draw upon each others' knowledge when faced with a professional liability claim. This experience does not necessarily come at a high price. Our lawyers are well aware that litigation can be expensive, and as such, we strive to keep our representation affordable. We can negotiate fee arrangements with our clients thereby giving us a competitive edge in our market. In addition, we can arrange alternative billing methods to ensure litigation is as cost-effective as possible.
