For more than twenty years, Crowell & Moring LLP's White Collar & Securities Litigation lawyers have defended clients from across the country and around the world with interests affected by investigations in federal judicial districts throughout the United States.

Our practice spans investigations by grand juries, congressional committees, independent and special counsels, federal agency inspectors general, and other investigative officials and bodies. Our clients range from multinational corporations to closely held businesses; from CEOs to sales reps; from high-ranking government officials to career government employees.
