Crowley Fleck is pleased to have several attorneys who offer their services as mediators in a variety of practice areas. We invite you to contact these individuals directly if you are looking to schedule a mediation of a matter which falls within their practice.

Kimberly S. More is a Partner in the Commercial and Litigation Departments in the Kalispell office. Since joining the firm in 2001, Kimberly’s practice had included a wide range of civil litigation involving both trial and appellate work. She has substantial experience in personal injury, products liability, employee benefit plans and real estate litigation. Her wide range of experience provides her with the ability to evaluate and facilitate the successful, reasonable and lasting resolutions to the parties’ conflict.

With over ten years of litigation experience, Daniela Pavuk has in recent years focused her practice on employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination charges, and wrongful termination matters in administrative proceedings (the Human Rights Bureau, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Unemployment Insurance Division) and in courts on the state and federal level in Montana and North Dakota. Dispute resolution has played an integral role in most of these matters, whether settlement was reached or not. Daniela has also mediated several parenting matters as part of Crowley Fleck’s Pro Bono Family Mediation Project in the last several years. Daniela will utilize her education, training and experience as an attorney to help facilitate resolution between parties while treating the parties with equal fairness and respect.

Neil Westesen has over 25 years of experience litigating all types of construction claims. He has represented owners, contractors, surety companies, and design professionals. In thirty two years of practice, Jon Dyre’s cases have included workers compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, products liability, eminent domain and some oil and gas/mineral rights disputes. Although Jon has practiced almost exclusively on the defense side, he is able to understand and appreciate both sides. His personal style is to cut through the chafe and focus on the key issues, while keeping an open mind and listening to both sides. His years of litigation experience provides him with the perspective to tell the parties if they are taking an unreasonable position, a skill that is helpful in coming to the resolution of complex matters.
