About Attorney Awards
Pro Bono
The pro bono program provides free legal assistance on civil matters for eligible low income applicants. Applicants are screened for financial eligibility using federal poverty guidelines. Priority is given to family law, elder law, housing, guardianship and public benefit cases. The program does not provide assistance with any criminal law, bankruptcy or debtor/creditor cases. Because the firm receives hundreds of requests for assistance each year, cases are selected at the discretion of the program with services limited to available resources.
