Our team also has significant experience in bankruptcies and workouts involving infrastructure projects.
Our Infrastructure practice group comprises lawyers from many disciplines, including construction contracting, public and private financing, environmental law, real estate, zoning and land use, energy, tax, and other corporate and transactional fields. Our trial lawyers are skilled and experienced in the controversies that arise during and after the construction of major infrastructure projects. Our lawyers also represent clients before state environmental and utility commissions, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in order to obtain the necessary licenses and approvals for these projects.
In addition to providing the legal services needed to develop large infrastructure projects, our lawyers are practical, resourceful, and cost-efficient. We work with our clients to identify, anticipate and respond to issues before they arise.
