• advising MSouth Equity Partners on a secured syndicated credit facilities deal consisting of $27 million term loan facility and a $3 million revolving loan facility
• advising MSouth Equity Partners in connection with obtaining syndicated, secured credit facilities in the aggregate principal amount of $59 million, consisting of a $51 million term loan facility (including a $15 million incremental term loan facility) and an $8 million revolving loan facility
• advising the management of Paroc on their €700m buyout of CVC
