• acting for an offshore investor over several years on its development of luxury residential apartment buildings, residential refurbishment schemes and conversion of commercial buildings into high-value residential property in London’s West End
• advising on a £680m investment through three transactions to acquire 10 student accommodation properties, with more than 3,300 beds, at six London sites
