Experienced technology lawyers

Our lawyers have in-depth experience of the industry and advise on the full range of technology transactions. These include complex software and technology licensing procurements including enterprise resources planning deals, software and platform implementations, managed data and network arrangements, assisting with software audits, software as a service and other cloud arrangements. In addition to this, we deal with data center and hosting transactions (including leases and services arrangements), hardware supply transactions, website development and all aspects of e-commerce. We have a dedicated team that focuses on IT outsourcing arrangements.

We act for approximately 250 information technology and software suppliers, systems and IT services in consultancy, maintenance, support, outsourcing and products to consumers and/or businesses. We understand the pressure points from both perspectives and can help you strike deals that are both deliverable and that meet your goals.

We fulfil a number of roles on technology arrangements, from being involved on an end-to-end basis through to providing ad hoc strategic advice to your team. Our existing clients view us as trusted advisors who bring significant industry knowledge to transactions. We work on the following
