Experienced transport lawyers

Eversheds Sutherland’s transport experience ranges from the construction of new rail routes to the implementation of managed highways, bridge and tunnel projects, the building of new runways and the development of ports and airports. Rail experience

Our rail infrastructure experience covers light rail and tram, underground and overland routes. We have been involved in many of the largest rail sector procurements, including alliancing contracts for the procurement of all rail infrastructures. Our single-system approach to rail infrastructure projects includes upgrading stations, track, signaling and power in close conjunction with rolling stock. We also handle significant disputes that arise from rail/tram projects.

Roads and bridges

We act for clients across the spectrum of the road transport sector, from highways authorities and DBFO contractors to joint ventures and other specialty contractors.
