Experienced asset finance lawyers

Eversheds Sutherland represents asset-based lenders and borrowers in all aspects of financing transactions. We have extensive experience advising banks, institutional investors, placement agents and other financial institutions in relation to bilateral and syndicated UK, US and cross-border asset-based lending transactions, both event and non-event driven.
