Intellectual property (IP) represents creations of the mind or intellect that can be legally owned or protected. The concept broadly includes inventions, software, processes, literary and artistic works, as well as symbols, names, images, and designs used in commerce. Developing and safeguarding IP is critical for twenty-first century businesses. Almost every business has some form of IP that should be protected. We are pleased to offer a wide range of IP services, including fields such as copyright, trademark and patent law, but also extending to trade secrets and unfair competition.

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba’s intellectual property practice group is composed of attorneys who have handled a range of IP matters for a variety of clients.  As a full service firm, we address our clients’ IP matters with the same efficiency and efficacy that are the hallmarks of our representation. Whether in litigation, business transactions, or proactive planning, the service our clients receive is comparable to big-city law firms, but we offer direct personal attention and billing rates designed to suit our Lehigh Valley area clients.
