The concept broadly includes inventions, software, processes, literary and artistic works, as well as symbols, names, images, and designs used in commerce. Developing and safeguarding IP is critical for twenty-first century businesses. Almost every business has some form of IP that should be protected. We are pleased to offer a wide range of IP services, including fields such as copyright, trademark and patent law, but also extending to trade secrets and unfair competition.

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba’s intellectual property practice group is composed of attorneys who have handled a range of IP matters for a variety of clients.  As a full service firm, we address our clients’ IP matters with the same efficiency and efficacy that are the hallmarks of our representation.
