Commercial and Construction Arbitration
Foley Hoag has a long history representing public and private owners in infrastructure and other large-scale, high profile projects. We have drafted contract and other documents before the start of construction, provided counseling with respect to financing, resolved disputes during the design and construction phases, gotten troubled projects back on track to completion, and prosecuted and defended claims afterward as needed.
