Foster Swift attorneys regularly counsel institutional and start-up organizations on a wide range of e-health issues. We provide guidance on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) including privacy and security standards, risk assessments, business associate agreements, and training and compliance programs for Covered Entities (health care providers) and business associates.
