Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property practice includes litigating patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. We assist clients in protecting their intellectual property rights, including registration of copyrights and trademarks and the use of non-disclosure agreements. We also assist clients in exploiting their intellectual property rights through licensing agreements. We recently handled the appeal of a significant copyright decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
