Affirmative Action Planning

Frantz Ward's Labor and Employment Practice Group assists federal government contractors, subcontractors and financial institutions in establishing and managing affirmative action programs to comply with current legal requirements while serving the client's organizational goals. Our services range from drafting customized affirmative action plans and data analyses to auditing existing plans for compliance with current regulations. In addition, we represent employers subject to Executive Order 11246 in administrative proceedings before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, including providing guidance during audits and appearing in formal proceedings.
