Galloway Johnson's bankruptcy debtor practice regularly helps individuals, families, businesses and other legal entities navigate the complex provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code in order to achieve a desired effect or minimize exposure to an otherwise harmful liability. • Litigated to nondischargeability judgment matter for Creditors for nonpayment of funds used to pay tax liability that would not have been discharged in the underlying bankruptcy case.
• Successfully negotiated student loan obligations of over $50,000.00 for under median Debtors to $0 repayment though Income Based Repayment and Adversary litigation.
