Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a means of efficiently and economically resolving legal disputes outside the traditional litigation process. It may also provide clients with a more private approach to resolving disputes. GMH has experienced and trained arbitrators, mediators and ADR neutrals. We also advise clients on the use and feasibility of different ADR methods and draft ADR contract provisions and procedures for businesses. Some of the areas in which we have been employed or offered our expertise in ADR include: employment disputes, business valuation disputes, condemnation cases, and fire, mold and other property damage matters.
