Gordon Feinblatt's Electronic Discovery Practice Group's attorneys and staff are experienced in the complex standards governing electronic discovery. We advise clients on up-to-the-minute changes in common law standards governing preservation and production of electronic data and on the myriad of regulatory requirements for retention of such information. We assist our clients in developing cost-effective policies for the appropriate retention and preservation of electronic data to comply with these emerging standards.

We also represent clients in litigation, and assist them in avoiding expensive discovery battles and costly production burdens. The Group is called upon not only to assist with litigation of an entire matter, but also to bring our experience to bear on the electronic discovery portion of a case alone. In this more limited capacity, we focus our efforts on cost-effective solutions that make sense in the overall context of the litigation strategy and our client's objectives. This supports the Firm's approach and philosophy to understand and serve the needs of people doing business in Maryland.
