We are also familiar with and abide by defense counsel guidelines. We employ an automated status report system, which ensures the client is advised of the status of a case at least every 30 days or as often as requested.

The firm is approved panel counsel for a number of professional liability insurance carriers, including CNA, DPIC, USF&G, FLMIC, Kemper, Wausau, Zurich and Fireman's Fund. We handle claims in Central Florida and throughout the state. We also have served as "smoke jumpers," monitoring litigation and providing support in major cases throughout the country as requested by the carrier.
