• Counsel multinational manufacturers, importers and exporters in structuring their organizations and trade practices to help them minimize duties and non-monetary barriers to international trade
• Advise foreign governments, trade associations, industry sectors and individual clients on the complex web of laws and regulations that governs trade across national borders
• Provide counseling on the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and the provisions for protecting IP rights in numerous other international regional and bilateral agreements
• Represent clients in trade regulatory proceedings conducted by the International Trade Commission, the International Trade Administration of the Department of Commerce and the Office of the United States Trade Representative
• Represent parties in appeals of determinations by these agencies before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals
• Advise on various aspects of competition law, including federal and state laws regarding antitrust, price discrimination and unfair competition

• Advise companies that manufacture and market products regulated by the FDA, as well as home health care, physicians and long-term care organizations
