Ultra-affluent - We serve as legacy stewards using a formal process to preserve, manage, and then transfer wealth. Taxes, creditor protection, management systems, and philanthropy are hallmarks to the planning process.
Private businesses - We assist business owners with exit planning, family succession, sales, ESOPs, and public offerings.
Financial institutions - We provide sophisticated tax and structuring advice to life insurance producer groups, life insurance companies, multi-family offices, and trust companies.
