We represent clients in a broad array of complex regulatory and policy disputes before numerous agencies, including the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Justice, Labor, State, and Transportation; the Environmental Protection Agency; the Federal Trade Commission; the Federal Communications Commission; the Federal Reserve; the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Our team understands and has the experience to handle the unique legal issues and special challenges that arise in these cases. We often collaborate with other GT practices to ensure that our experience litigating and resolving disputes before and against federal agencies is coupled with our deep, substantive industry knowledge. Our Federal Regulatory and Administrative Law Practice is concentrated in Washington, D.C. and has members in Greenberg Traurig offices across the country.
