Workplace Training

Through our on-premises workplace training programs, our attorneys strive to ensure that your managers understand their legal duties and responsibilities with respect to their coworkers and to your company. We call this "management-smart" training for two reciprocal reasons – it is smart management for your company and it trains your managers to be smart about the law.

We provide training on workplace issues that include sexual harassment, workplace diversity, workplace violence, wage and hour compliance, and worker health and safety. Through a combination of audio-visual presentations, written materials, role playing and one-on-one guidance, we have flexibility to tailor our presentations to suit the particular needs of your business or organization.
