Hand Arendall’s OSHA practice group routinely advises and represents employers in matters involving compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Our lawyers provide employers assistance with all facets of OSHA related needs, from practical guidance in complying with OSHA to representation in OSHA dispute litigation. With regard to OSHA compliance, the OSHA practice group can provide legal assistance in interpreting the latest OSHA regulations, and can assist clients in developing OHSA compliance programs, as well as developing inspection procedures and protocols. With regard to OSHA disputes, the OSHA practice group can provide representation in all aspects of OSHA related litigation, including at inspection, informal hearing, as well as contests of citations, administrative hearings and appeals.
Our OSHA practice group lawyers have years of experience guiding and defending our clients against OSHA citations. Buzzy Riis has provided guidance to clients about OSHA for 21 years. The other lawyers at Hand Arendall who provide OSHA representation include Katie Hassell and Paul Beckmann.
