Professional Liability

HPM&B represents professionals from a variety of disciplines including lawyers, architects, engineers, accountants, financial advisors, investment agents, officers and directors of corporations, and real estate brokers. Our Professional Liability Group defends clients directly and on behalf of their insurance carriers, in errors and omissions claims, and actions alleging professional malpractice.

Of course, our primary goal is to aid our clients in disposing of claims early or avoid litigationa altogether. Our attorneys counsel clients on a wide range of risk management issues and handle and resolve numerous pre-litigation claims each year. Our attorneys are trained to handle each case with the utmost discretion to ensure that privacy is maintained.
