At Katz Barron, we share our clients’ desire to preserve and protect hard-earned assets. The firm’s Estate Planning, Administration and Probate Group advises U.S. and foreign clients on estate planning and wealth protection to minimize estate, gift and generation skipping taxes, and to achieve their gift and inheritance objectives. Our work includes the planning and creation of trusts, wills, family partnerships, and revocable and irrevocable domestic and offshore trusts, and pre-nuptial agreements, as well as the planning and transferring of ownership and control of closely held and family owned businesses.

The group also represents clients in significant estate and gift tax controversies, including business valuations.

Our attorneys routinely handle complex and adversarial situations arising in the administration of trusts and probate estates at all levels, including complex probate litigation.
