Birth Trauma

With the massive financial and emotional implications that result from medical malpractice cases arising out of the birthing process, it takes specialized knowledge to defend these cases. The Kitch firm was co-founded in Detroit in 1969 by Richard A. Kitch and Richard F. Suhrheinrich, now a Senior Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge.
