Tax Litigation

The Kitch firm combines technical competence, sincerity and persistent advocacy in our tax practice.  Not only can we work with the IRS Appeals office and collection division, but we also will try cases without hesitation when our clients' needs require. We practice in the District Court, Federal Court of Claims, and U.S. Tax Court.

The Kitch firm was co-founded in Detroit in 1969 by Richard A. Kitch and Richard F. Suhrheinrich, now a Senior Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge.
