Alternative Dispute Resolution

The lawyers of Leech Tishman’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group have over 60 years of combined experience in private and commercial dispute resolution matters, particularly in the employment, real estate, healthcare, securities and construction industries. What sets us apart is our practical work experience within these industries, giving us a well-rounded perspective on the issues involved with these types of legal disputes.

The benefits of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are numerous. In addition to saving clients time and money, ADR often prevents the involved parties from a lengthy trial, helps them maintain confidentiality, allows them to preserve their business relationships and increases their satisfaction in how the dispute is ultimately handled.

The members of our ADR group have completed dispute resolution courses through well-respected training bodies including the Harvard Law School and the American Arbitration Association. Our talented lawyers hold industry certifications in dispute resolution. They are well known in the community for their dispute resolution capabilities and are regularly involved with ADR matters through bodies such as the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, the American Arbitration Association and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. We are often called upon to lecture to the business, academic and legal communities on ADR topics and are committed to remaining on the cutting-edge of ADR techniques through our involvement with many industry associations.

Our lawyers offer services in the following kinds of alternative dispute resolution:
