The Leign Law Group specializes in the representation of families of children with disabilities. We are California Special Education Attorneys who work across the state of California representing children who qualify or are deemed eligible (or wrongfully deemed  ineligible) for special education services. We assist families in understanding the IEP and/or a Section 504 plan. In addition, our federal practice allows us to work on special education appeals across the country.

Our experience includes, but is not limited to, attending IEP meetings, 504 meetings, due process hearing representation, appeals of due process hearings to state and/or federal court, mediation, settlement and resolution sessions. We also have experience in filing OCR complaints as well as state compliance complaints.
