San Fernando Valley Trusts and Estate Planning Practice Group

Lewitt Hackman's focus on trust and estate planning includes tax planning for gifting, wills, trust administration, and funding estates. We help our clients maximize benefits of current gift tax exemptions, control assets while reducing estate taxes, and establish special trusts for unique needs.

Our Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group works closely with our Corporate Practice Group, to help business owners and executives facilitiate financially beneficial transfers of assets to their heirs; or to protect the interests of shareholders, partners and family members.

Michael Hackman, Chair of our Tax Planning, and our Trust and Estate Planning Practice Groups, is a Certified Specialist in Tax Law, designated by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
