Workers' Compensation

Our Workers’ Compensation group represents employers, insurance carriers, and self-insureds in matters arising out of employment relationships. We handle not only trials before Administrative Law Judges, Hearing Officers, and Referees, but also any ensuing appeals through administrative systems and then appellate courts. Where claims involve injuries to employees, we evaluate and, if appropriate, pursue subrogation to recoup losses. Our specialists offer employers and carriers training in risk mnagement and risk avoidance.
