McCathern’s Criminal Law section offers legal help fighting criminal accusations of any kind, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Our attorneys handle both State and Federal cases as well. The McCathern Criminal Defense team is committed to assisting our clients in several areas of criminal law, including DWI/DUI, alcohol, drugs, assault and battery, theft and robbery, and weapons offenses.

Criminal defense cases are largely dependent upon timing and our attorneys work diligently and efficiently to get you the best possible outcome in a timely manner.

McCathern has Texas criminal defense attorneys serving clients in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant counties, including former judge Scott J. Becker, who presided over the 219th State District Court in Collin County from 2010 to 2018.
