McNabb, Bragorgos & Burgess attained a verdict in excess of one million dollars to the benefit of its client in a probate court trial. The firm’s client, an administrator of an estate, recovered funds for the decedent’s estate by proving the deceased, an ill and elderly man, executed documents solely because of the defendant’s undue influence on the deceased. Furthermore, the firm was successful in freezing the state until the Court could make a determination.
