We provide corporate and business services for clients within a variety of industries. Our attorneys offer a special breadth of experience to manufacturers, construction professionals, healthcare professionals, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate developers.

Our attorneys provide assistance through all phases of the business life-cycle – from formation and capitalization to daily operations, mergers and acquisitions, and the eventual transition of ownership, whether through sale, dissolution, or other cessation of business.

As part of this process, we work closely with our colleagues in the firm’s employment, intellectual property, real estate, anti-fraud, and wills, trusts, and estates practice areas.
