Moye White has years of experience representing and defending insurance companies, advisors, and underwriters in a wide variety of transactions, including business operations, bad faith claims, liability, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, restructurings, reorganizations, and insurance regulation. We also represent administrators, agents, and brokers with regard to coverage issues, directors' and officers' liability, and questions of insurability.

With an eye for detail, our attorneys draft, review, and negotiate insurance carrier contracts. We also counsel and represent carriers and providers in individual and class action cases, and product liability and coverage claims.
