These investigations have included alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the rules governing insider trading and proxy solicitations, net capital and co-bidder issues in connection with hostile takeovers, manipulative trading practices, and a variety of other issues.
The Nelson Mullins International Practice Group operates from five offices in the Southeastern United States and has established relations with numerous law firms in other countries. We offer services to achieve our clients' international business goals, including U.S.-based clients who are entering or expanding into worldwide markets and foreign businesses establishing U.S. operations.
