Nyemaster Goode represents clients in a broad range of environmental matters, including regulatory compliance, permitting, site cleanups, underground storage tank disposal and cleanup, waste water treatment, CERCLA or superfund cases, land use, environmental assessment, solid and hazardous waste management, emergency response, administrative, civil and criminal enforcement cases, insurance coverage issues, and due diligence investigations for transactions. Our Experience:

Reviewed environmental site assessments and other environmental due diligence materials in connection with warehousing company’s $38 million acquisition of real estate and other assets in multiple states.

Advised agricultural cooperative regarding compliance with fugitive dust regulations.

Advised lender regarding actions to be taken post-default on loan secured by contaminated real estate.

Routinely draft contractual language covering potential environmental liability arising from transactions.

Routinely review environmental site assessments and reports and advise clients regarding same.
