Immigration

Our Practice:

Our Labor and Employment attorneys assist employers navigating the complex maze of immigration laws in the hiring of foreign national employees, and represent individuals seeking to study, work or reside in the United States. We help clients obtain temporary work visas and permanent residence (green card) status, regularly representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. State Department, state and federal labor agencies, and U.S. embassies and consulates abroad. We also counsel employers on I-9 employment verification rules and other immigration law compliance matters.
