The Department comprises five lawyers, acknowledged in their field at both national and international level, notably for their contributions to scientific works.
Members of the Department have developed specific expertise in the various branches of Information Technology and Intellectual Property law (Jean-François Henrotte and Alexandre Cruquenaire are amongst the rare OBFG [Order of Belgian French and German-speaking Bars] specialists approved by the Order in the field of Information and Communication Technology law and Intellectual Property rights) so they are qualified to handle both the advisory and litigation aspects.
The Department has been nominated in 2013 in the category IP, IT & TMT LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR of the Belgian Legal Awards.
