Syndicated Lending

Pryor Cashman’s Banking and Finance Group represents banking clients when they are involved as members of a loan syndicate, with commitments ranging from amounts as low as $5 million to as high as $500 million. Our expertise in the syndicated lending area allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to the accelerated schedules frequently imposed on a syndicate member. Our clients in this area include PNC Bank N.A., Standard Chartered Bank, Wachovia Bank and WestLB AG.

The services we render include:

  • Negotiating, drafting and/or reviewing credit agreements and other security documents
  • Reviewing information memoranda and credit committee approval documents
  • Working with our clients to identify material issues to address with the agent bank or credit committee
  • Identifying and resolving critical legal issues as they arise
