Workers' Compensation Defense

The Firm has maintained an active workers' compensation defense practice since it's inception in 1975. Since that time, the Firm's attorneys have defended small businesses, governmental entities, national and international corporations, and their insurers against thousands of workers' compensation claims in courts throughout Tennessee. In addition to litigating on behalf of our clients, the Firm's attorneys have been proactive in educating employers and insurers regarding the ever-changing workers' compensation laws that affect them on a daily basis in order to ensure that our clients implement best-practices to avoid claims before they happen.
