-Serve as counsel to International Olympic Committee broadcasting affiliates in connection with various strategic alliances and related transactions with respect to the Summer and Winter Olympic games in Beijing, Athens, Sydney, Vancouver, Turin, Salt Lake City and Nagano
-Serve as U.S. counsel to a Japanese-based multinational company in the business of development, production and distribution of English-language learning products and services
-Represent a Jordanian manufacturing company in connection with distribution of products in the United States
-Represented U.S.-based telecommunications company in connection with manufacturing and distribution agreements with manufacturing facilities in China and Israel
-Represented a NYSE-listed manufacturing company in the acquisition of manufacturing companies in Taiwan and Canada
-Serve as counsel to the Board of Directors of a Bermuda-based insurance company
-Represent U.S.-based manufacturing company in connection with sourcing products in China
-Represented a telecommunications company in the formation of a joint venture in China
