Plaintiff's Personal Injury Practice Group

When an international singing star and a Grammy Nominated Producer were injured in a Tractor Trailer/Bus accident in the Poconos, Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald, LLP's Litigation Department was reatined as her counsel in Northeastern Pennsylvania, to represent her in seeking compensation for her injuries.

Our Plaintiff's Personal Injury Group is one of several practice groups within the Litigation Department.  The group has represented injury victims in a broad spectrum of personal injury claims, including truck accidents, bus accidents, wrongful death and/or serious injury, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, workers' compensation claims, and other negligent actions.
